As the deadline for the early bird discount approaches, as organiser and host of botanica2018, I would like to share with you my personal vision of botanica and let you know what to expect when you attend our 4th international event! As botanica2018 is so different from other conference events, I thought it might be useful to explain why, for so many people, attending botanica is truly a game changer.

We are excited to announce some information about the Botancia2018 welcome reception. Join us in the University of Sussex for a night at the movies with some special treats.
Each year Botanica raises funds to bring artisan producers and distillers to share their passion and products with participants of the event. This part of botanica2018 is made possible through the generous support, assistance and fund raising of Andrea Butje of the Aromahead Institute .
Botanica attracts people from far and wide. in 2012, participants from 31 countries took part, in Botanica2014, this number rose to 39, this growth continued to 49 countries participating in Botanica2016.
Botanica2012 and Botanica2014 were held in Dublin, a vibrant and ideal destination for our international participants. Botanica2016 moved location to the university of Sussex on the south coast of England which had just opened a state-of-the-art conference building that proved perfect.
To celebrate Botanica2018 we are introducing a new registration type
The botanica2018 scheme was created with the awareness that some persons who would benefit greatly from attending the conference might be unable to come due to their financial circumstances.
